  • Individual clinical supervision for Pennsylvania LPC candidates and New Hampshire LCMHC candidates, with specialized support in OCD, anxiety, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).

    Supervision includes case conceptualization, treatment planning, ERP consultation, ethical decision-making, documentation, and professional development.

    Sessions are provided via secure telehealth.

    Rate: $125 per 60-minute session

    Supervisees are responsible for confirming that supervision meets their state licensing requirements.

    I provide individual clinical consultation and specialized supervision for licensed clinicians who want support with OCD assessment, case conceptualization, treatment planning, and the practical application of ERP.

    Consultation can include:

    • OCD assessment and differential diagnosis

    • Case conceptualization and treatment planning

    • Developing effective ERP hierarchies and exposures

    • Identifying subtle compulsions, avoidance, reassurance seeking, and mental rituals

    • Working with challenging or complex OCD presentations

    • Troubleshooting when ERP feels "stuck"

    • Addressing family accommodation

    Consultation can be one-time, occasional, or ongoing, depending on your needs. It is designed to be collaborative and practical, with the goal of helping you develop the skills and confidence to provide effective OCD treatment independently.

I offer clinical supervision and consultation to help mental health clinicians recognize OCD, diagnose it accurately, and provide evidence-based treatment such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).

By training more clinicians to identify and treat OCD, my goal is to help more clients access the specialized care they deserve—sooner.
